Public Chalk School Class ANNOUNCEMENT
As all good things must come to an end, Chalk School has reached that point. Mostly due to a supply issue with the chalkboards I used for each class, but also because these things do have a lifespan. But it has been a lovely ride. I have enjoyed every single time I was privileged to teach Chalk School--all 95 times! And I wish all 1,180 Chalk School grads love and luck in all their creative endeavors.
Farewell my friends and I would love if you follow along on my next creative venture...

Chalk School Private Parties!
Want to do something different and fun with your friends, co-workers or employees? Book a private Chalk School class at your home or venue or at one of my venue options. Either way, I supply all the class materials and you supply the "party!"
As always, Chalk School is taught by Amber, the creator and artist behind I DO SIGNS. Each class or party will be chock full of tips, tricks and techniques on creating neat, professional and fun chalkboards for your home decor and events. Each participant will go home with a completed sign we make together and a chalk ink marker to continue creative chalking. Chalk School Private Parties Deets
You can host a private Chalk School class of your very own--for FREE! (For locations within one hour of Grand Haven.) Invite your friends and family, co-workers or employees to your home or group space (church, community room, library, business, etc) and I will bring ALL the chalk supplies. All you need to do is have a spot for everyone to sit at a table. It's that easy. Oh, and we need to choose a date! Just fill out the form below to get the private class planning process started. (Please read the Requirements, Terms & Conditions below first.) And if you don't have space, let me know as I have a couple venue options available for class use in Grand Haven or Grand Rapids.

Private Party Requirements
Minimums: 6-10*
Locations within 30 mins of Grand Haven
6 (5 guests + 1 FREE host)
Locations 35-55 mins from Grand Haven
10 (9 guests + 1 FREE host)
Locations 60-65 mins from Grand Haven
10 (no free host)
*Minimums must be booked by three (3) days before the class to prevent rescheduling or cancellation. Each guest will be required to agree to Class Policies.
Timing: 2 hours for the class
Evenings are typically at 6-8pm (no Friday evenings). Daytimes are flexible. Please plan extra time before or after the class for your guest to mingle and chat as we have a lot of info to cover and will spend a fair amount of time to practicing techniques during the 2 hours of the class.
Cost: $37/guest
Host class is FREE* (for locations within one hour of Grand Haven that meet the minimum numbers required.)
Supplies: none for the class
I bring everything! I do encourage hosts to provide snacks and/or beverages for their guests. It's always a nice touch and there is time to nibble during the presentation portion at the beginning of class before we get our hands chalky.
Party Plan
Once your info is submitted on the Host App (form below) and a date is determined, a private registration link will be set up for your class. You share the link with your guests and they register and pay for the class before* the party.
